Furthermore, I’ve been involved in various security reviews and security engineering projects, which have deepened my understanding of exciting areas such as APIs, cloud technologies and threat intelligence. One of the initiatives I’m particularly proud of is the redesign of our phishing awareness campaigns which involved a presentation to the senior management team. It’s a truly fulfilling job and a fantastic learning opportunity. This variety of tasks keeps my role dynamic and allows me to continue learning and developing my skills. On a typical day, I’m responsible for reviewing and responding to security alerts and have been involved in a range of security engineering projects. I work as a Cyber Security Graduate, and I absolutely love my job! My focus is on security operations, which is the area of cyber security that interests me the most.

I’ve been able to focus on the areas that I’m most passionate about, which has made the work I do even more rewarding. My team is incredibly supportive, and I’ve received a lot of guidance and feedback that has helped me to grow both personally and professionally. I’ve worked on a variety of projects, which has allowed me to develop my technical skills and gain understanding of a broad range of topics. I’ve presented work to the management team, which has been a great privilege to showcase my projects and gain exposure to senior management. Since day one I’ve been involved in finding solutions to complex challenges and have had the opportunity to take on responsibility in my graduate role. I was really impressed with their friendly, welcoming and supportive attitude and I wasn’t wrong!
